The ID Lookup Tool provides the basic lookup functionality that most other tools depend on. The [Data Tool](https://developer-beta.morningstar.com/morningstar-mcp-server/morningstar-data-tool), for example, requires a valid investment ID and data point ID obtained from this tool.
