Secondary filter for managed investments (`exchange`). The primary filter for equities (`exchangeCode`) uses the exchange codes in your entitlements.

## [Countries](#countries)

The primary filters for managed investments (`countryAvailableForSaleCode` and `domicileCode`) accept 3-character ISO 3166-1 country codes, such as `USA`. The codes you can use are the ones in your entitlements.
